FINCARD is a limited liability partnership licensed to practice public accounting by the California Board of Accountancy. In accordance with the California Code of Regulations (including the notification to clients required by Article 9, Section 50), FINCARD will upon written request provide to its clients a list of its individuals licensed by the California Board of Accountancy. FINCARD maintains offices located in the following California locations: Los Angeles, Sacramento, San Diego, and Woodland Hills.
